With the new Hafnium-based Penryn shipping, the rumors and speculation has already started regarding new Intel 45nm Penryn based Macintosh computers from Apple. I’m guessing a Tuesday announcement as opposed to Monday since that’s Apple’s usual method, but who knows?
While the Apple Store was down over the weekend, it came back up with no new products. But now with this announcement from Intel, I’d keep a close eye on the store for new products being released that take Macs into the second generation of Intel Core microarchitecture.
